Tony Lam
Chief Growth Officer / Founder
After 14 years at Cisco, Tony co-founded Maven’s Creamery which won Shark Tank in 2019, ultimately spearheading his path as a serial entrepreneur, restaurateur, and seed investor. In addition to being a co-owner of Wingstop Restaurants, Alamar Kitchen & Bar, and OmniBev, he is a food-tech advisor and serves as a Fellow for the American Leadership Foundation. Tony is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs develop sustained growth for all business sizes.
Tony enjoys spending time with family, mentoring entrepreneurs in the Asian Hustle Network, and building independence and growth opportunities for members in the autistic adult community with initiatives like Andy’s Cafe.
Ben Kwan
CEO / Co-Founder
Ben is an Internationally Experienced C-Level Executive with three decades of on-the-ground experience working across three major regions: Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Ben is experienced in leading both growth and turnaround strategies in public and private companies alike. With hands-on experience in industries ranging from Technology, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Private Equity, Ben is a corporate experienced Executive with the spirit and mindset of an entrepreneur. Prior to LYF, Ben was a multi-market CEO at IPG Mediabrands and Managing Director at GroupM, a WPP company. Ben has an MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). Ben is an automotive enthusiast, 3D printing hobbyist, and an avid world traveler. He enjoys experiencing the world with his family.
Peter Mitchell
Chief Legal Counsel
Peter is a U.S. qualified attorney with extensive experience in tax optimization as well as estate and business succession planning and enthusiastic about helping clients fine-tune their wealth planning. Peter has gained extensive experience in trustee services, wealth management, and banking from his experiences at a top global law firm and major international bank. He graduated with a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University. Peter enjoys hiking in the alps, learning new languages, and traveling.
Rajeepan Ratnasingam
Chief Technology Officer
A seasoned Chief Technology Officer, Raj is recognized for his profound ability to architect and develop transformative platforms in the Media & Commerce industries, shape product-centric data strategies, and foster innovation at the forefront of technological advancements, to drive sustainable growth in today’s dynamic digital landscape. Rajeepan studied Mathematics and Banking & Finance at UZH (Universität Zürich) and pursued further education in Data Science & Data Engineering. Outside of the tech world, Rajeepan enjoys spending quality time with his family, delving into literature, and exploring the world through travel.

As Chief of Production, Luigi oversees a diverse range of facilities, including ice cream, chips, beverages, baked goods, proteins, sauces, Tetra Pak, and canned goods. He manages third-party food safety certifications and facility expansions for product customization.
An industry insider, Luigi excels at crafting tailored food production solutions. He is well-versed in sourcing, contracting, and R&D across multiple food categories. With extensive experience in developing multi-market food production programs that drives steady sales growth while maintaining strict quality and replication protocols.
Passionate about food, family, friends, muscle cars, and music, Luigi believes food is a powerful communicator that unites us and enriches our lives.
Liz Allegra
VP, Food Safety
Liz Allegra is a Food Safety Specialist committed to the mission of helping production facilities uphold the highest of food quality and safety standards. As a SQF practioner, Liz specializes in implementing rigorous food safety protocols and procedures at production facilities across the industry.
Robust food safety protocols are essential for businesses in the food industry. Liz is an advocate for enhancing regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of safety. Liz’s role is critical in protecting public health and maintaining consumer trust in food products and services.
